Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q4: What is your payment term?
A: Generally, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment or against B/L copy.

Q5: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, if on stock, we could offer the free sample

Q6: Do you have after-sales service?

Q7:How to Custom-made (OEM/ODM)?
If you have a new product drawing or a sample, please send to us, and we can custom-made the as your required. We will also provide our professional advises of the products to make the design to be more realized & maximize the performance.
